Oil and Gas Services

We specialize in Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations, Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) inspection, cleaning, hazardous waste management, welding, and structural integrity services — all conducted in full compliance with API 650, API 653, API 510, API 570, API 651, and API 652 standards.
Our scope of work includes advanced Non-Destructive Testing (UT, MT, PT, RT), certified welding and repair, application of protective coatings and linings, and installation of ICCB secondary containment systems.

Civil and General Construction

We deliver turnkey transmission tower erection and conductor stringing to the highest international standards. From foundation works and lattice assembly to precision sagging and tensioning, every stage is executed with advanced puller-tensioner systems for maximum safety and reliability. Our capability spans HTLS reconductoring and new builds alike, ensuring power networks that are stronger, more efficient, and future-ready.

Energy Infrastructure

We construct and service fit-for-purpose warehouses, commercial buildings, gaurd towers, large scale sunshades, roads, agricultural production plantations, and ammonia production plantations. We also install and service firefighting systems, HVAC, and HDPE, fiberglass, and RTP pipelines. All projects comply with NFPA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, and HSSE standards, ensuring safe, and fully compliant facilities.

Logistics and Customs Clearance

We deliver end-to-end shipping and logistics solutions from our base in Basra, Iraq, operating three lanes at Um Qasr Port with full vessel coordination, customs clearance, and air freight services. Backed by offices in Dubai, Jebel Ali, and Sydney, we move cargo from port to any warehouse in Iraq with speed and reliability.

Planning and Consulting Services

We provide comprehensive business and technical consultancy services, including business studies, feasibility assessments, due diligence, market and global reports, business planning, and legal and regulatory advisory solutions across all sectors.
In addition, we offer structural design, architectural planning, and technical drafting services tailored to the specific needs of the oil and gas industry.

Milestone Projects

The construction and implementation of the entry and exit road system into Um Qasr, engineered to handle heavy port operations and continuous use. Simultaneously, we rehabilitated the oil berth, restoring its full operational capacity and ensuring long-term durability.

Ministry of Electricity Distribution Centres

In collaboration with the Ministry of Electricity, we managed the sourcing and procurement of steel, cables, and other critical materials for the development of a large-scale warehouses across the country. These facilities support the modernization of electricity infrastructure, facilitating the transition of power systems from above-ground to underground, ensuring a step towards the future.

Al Faw GCC Interconnection Network

As part of the Al Faw Interconnection Network, we successfully constructed 110 high-capacity cables to deliver power from Saudi Arabia across the GCC and into southern Iraq. This multinational initiative represents a major step toward sustainable and reliable energy integration, strengthening regional cooperation and ensuring consistent power supply for the future.
